EZmeals™ is a division of Aromas World Kitchen; an award-winning, nut-free Corporate & Event catering company since 2004. EZmeals™ was launched in response to the increasing need for food security during the COVID-19 pandemic crisis specifically for people who want to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Our mission is to provide clean, wholesome food that is readily accessible and easy to heat. So we developed a variety of nutritious meals conveniently packaged in individual portions and flash-frozen in microwaveable containers. Ready in as little as 3 minutes!

Currently we offer free local delivery to City of Toronto, Vaughan, Thornhill, Richmond Hill & Aurora.  Our friendly and knowledgeable Area Managers are available to discuss your needs and set-up the appropriate delivery schedule. The same person delivers your meals and even puts them into your freezer for you if you wish.

EZmeals™ is an ideal solution for regular meals for Seniors that want to maintain their independence by living at home but may find meal preparation a challenge. EZmeals™ is also here for you when you want to eat healthy but need a helping hand during unexpected situations such as illness, return from hospital, grieving, as well as for new parents, during house renovations, or as a thoughtful gift for someone in need.

At EZmeals™ the health and safety of each and every customer is of utmost concern, and we can both empathize with and appreciate the concerns of those diagnosed with life threatening nut-allergies.

At EZmeals™ there are no recipes on our Menu that contain nuts. Even the pesto we use does not contain pine nuts.

In addition, our staff members are instructed and informed of the importance and steps required in maintaining a nut-free environment.

Although we scrutinize food labels, many of our ingredients come from outside sources and may have somewhere along the way come into contact with nuts and therefore we cannot responsibly guarantee 100% nut-free. However all EZmeals™ Policies, Recipes, Products, Staff Members and Suppliers strive in every way to achieve a nut-safe environment.
