EZmeals is a division of Aromas World Kitchen; an award-winning, nut-free Corporate & Event catering company since 2004. EZmeals was launched in response to the increasing need for food security during the COVID-19 pandemic crisis specifically for people who want to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Our mission is to provide clean, wholesome food that is readily accessible and easy to heat. So we developed a variety of nutritious meals conveniently packaged in individual portions and flash-frozen in microwaveable containers. Ready in as little as 3 minutes!

Currently we offer free local delivery to City of Toronto, Vaughan, Thornhill, Richmond Hill & Aurora. Our friendly and knowledgeable Area Managers are available to discuss your needs and set-up the appropriate delivery schedule. The same person delivers your meals and even puts them into your freezer for you if you wish.

EZmeals is an ideal solution for regular meals for Seniors that want to maintain their independence by living at home but may find meal preparation a challenge.
